Environmental Site Assessment and Remediation

GHS Environmental helps clients identify and address potential environmental concerns through Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments. Phase I includes a review of property history, regulatory records, and current site conditions to identify potential environmental risks. When further investigation is needed, Phase II uses targeted soil and groundwater sampling to determine whether contamination is present.
